As an Industrial Refrigeration Specialist in our Technical & Maintenance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the operation of our refrigeration systems, crucial for preserving the quality and safety of our food products. Your expertise in refrigeration technology will ensure compliance with environmental standards and operational efficiency, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and reliability. Oversee the operation and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems. Conduct regular system inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment issues, minimizing downtime. Implement and adhere to safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with facility teams to optimize operations and reduce energy use. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Stay updated with the latest advancements in refrigeration technology and sustainability practices. Proficiency in managing industrial refrigeration systems, specifically Ammonia refrigeration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. EPA Ammonia Refrigeration Operator Certification.
