Job Title:Automotive Technician / MechanicLocation: 2211 Westinghouse Rd., Georgetown, TX 78626Job Overview:This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in June 2025. Interviews will begin in May 2025!We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guest.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest
• Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns
• Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
  Qualifications
  Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest
  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication
  • A desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:
    • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
    • Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
    • Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repair
    • Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
    • Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
    • Drive manual transmissions vehicles
    • Efficiently navigate a computer
