This full-time or part-time school psychologist position supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple schools in Baton Rouge, LA. The role offers an opportunity to work on-site with flexibility for one remote day per week. Assigned caseload typically ranges from 15 to 20 students, providing both early intervention and ongoing psychological services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions for K-12 students. Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation on student behavioral and emotional needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with all district policies and credentialing requirements. Assist with crisis intervention and support academic and social-emotional development. Qualifications and Experience: Valid educator certification and current school psychologist licensure. Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within K-12 settings. Ability to meet district background check and fingerprinting requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous school psychology experience from entry-level to seasoned professionals is welcomed. Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana, serving Shenandoah Elementary School, Cedarcrest-Southmoor Elementary School, and Helix Aviation Academy. Work Schedule: Full-Time: 35 hours per week Part-Time: Approximately 15-20 hours, 2-3 days per week Hybrid work option available with one day remote. Additional Details: This position requires contract processing which may affect the start date. Pre-screening interviews are conducted to determine suitability; candidates should be available during morning or afternoon time slots. Contract contingent upon candidate placement.
