Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in San Antonio,
TX, supporting three schools serving K-12 students. This full-time
contract role involves working with a caseload of approximately
80-100 students, supported by Speech Language Pathology Assistants
(SLP-A). The position requires on-site presence and offers a chance
to work within diverse educational settings including elementary
through high school levels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct
comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students -
Prepare for, participate in, and facilitate ARD meetings to develop
and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) - Supervise and
mentor SLP-As to effectively support student caseloads - Provide
additional testing and assessment support as needed for students -
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with
district and state guidelines Qualifications & Experience: - Valid
Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license from the Texas
Department of Licensing and Regulation - Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required, with
ASHA certification preferred - Experience working with K-12 student
populations, ideally between 0-10 years - Ability to work
collaboratively across multiple school sites - Bilingual candidates
encouraged to apply; monolingual candidates will be considered as
well Location:San Antonio, TX Serving three schools including Young
Womens Leadership Academy (grades 6-12), Charles August Arnold
Elementary (grades K-5), and an additional campus Schedule: -
Full-time, 40 hours per week - Contract duration through May 29,
2026 - On-site presence required This role provides the opportunity
