Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (CCC) is needed for a maternity leave position
within a K-8 school setting, serving grades 6-8. This contract role
is part-time, approximately 30 hours per week, and will be
itinerant between two middle schools in San Antonio, TX. The
assignment runs from March 31, 2026, through May 29, 2026, and
involves working with a caseload of about 100 students.
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy to students in
grades 6-8 across two middle school campuses Conduct assessments,
develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy
sessions Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members
to support student communication goals Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with school district policies Travel
between assigned schools as required Qualifications: Certified
Speech Language Pathologist (Certificate of Clinical Competence -
CCC) Valid professional license with current documentation Ability
to complete required fingerprinting and background check Experience
working in school settings with students in grades 6-8 preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills Location: Position
based in San Antonio, TX, with duties at two middle schools
