Job Description:

looking to hire a Full-Time Service Advisor for a mid-size
dealership in a fast-growing area. Your Mission, Should You Choose
to Accept It: Be the Voice: Listen to customer concerns, translate
technical needs into clear, understandable terms, and provide
honest, accurate estimates. Master the Schedule: Efficiently manage
service appointments, keeping both customers and technicians on
track. Become a Problem Solver: Work closely with the service team
to find and order the right parts, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Cultivate Relationships: Follow up with customers, ensure their
satisfaction, and build lasting relationships through exceptional
service. What We Are Looking For: A passion for automotive service
and a genuine desire to help people. Exceptional communication and
customer service skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. A valid driver's license and a clean driving
record. A professional, well-groomed personal appearance Someone
that is team oriented and self-motivated A willingness to complete
