Job Description Job Description We are hiring a Sales Support professional who thrives in a customer-facing, detail-driven environment! This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service or administrative experience who enjoys organization and being a key support resource within a collaborative team. Responsibilities: Assist with daily purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and tracking order status. Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Monitor incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, and help resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and supplier communications. Support internal teams with material requests and ensure timely fulfillment. Serve as a professional point of contact for occasional in-person visits, directing guests and providing basic assistance as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles required Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. P revious experience with Shopworks a plus Must be able to pass background and drug test Willingness to complete training and grow product knowledge.
