Responsibilities - Manage customer accounts by creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records and transaction histories. - Handle inquiries related to account balances, payments, loan status, and account concerns with professionalism. - Work with customers to collect past due balances. - Identify and present loan options based on customer eligibility and account history. - Gather information from new clients and complete electronic documentation to open new accounts. - Work toward monthly performance goals, including collections, outbound, and inbound calls. - Deliver a great customer service experience. - Collaborate with branch team members to ensure completeness of customer files. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year of customer service experience - Must maintain reliable attendance and punctuality - Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service over the phone - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Attention to detail with handling customer information - Ability to multitask effectively and perform well in a fastpaced environment - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus Benefits - 401(k) - Dental Coverage - Vision Coverage - Health Coverage - Paid Time Off
