Dealership Accountant / Business Office Assistant Location:

Boerne Dealership Our client is a well-established automotive
dealership located in Boerne, TX, with a strong reputation for
customer service and a supportive, people-focused workplace. They
are currently looking to add a versatile team player to their
accounting and business office operations-someone who knows
dealership accounting and is happy to pitch in wherever needed to
keep things running smoothly. About the Role: This is a hybrid role
that blends dealership accounting responsibilities with business
office support . The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and
proactive, with experience in accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger accounting specific to the
dealership industry. In addition to core accounting tasks, this
person will assist with various administrative and clerical duties
across departments, acting as a reliable floater and go-to team
member within the office. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily
dealership accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, bank
reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance Support accurate
and timely month-end and year-end close processes Assist with
journal entries, cash deposits, and internal account analysis
Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice or coding
discrepancies Help prepare documentation for audits or internal
reviews Provide general office support as needed, including filing,
data entry, scanning documents, and assisting team members across
departments Step in to cover various roles within the business
office during staff absences or busy periods Handle special
projects assigned by the Accounting Manager or Office Manager
Qualifications: 2 years of dealership accounting experience Strong
working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Reynolds &
Reynolds and/or CDK software is highly preferred LI-AD1
