Ramen Tatsu-Ya Lakeline is currently seeking candidates for fast-paced and challenging line cook work! Must be able to move quickly and work efficiently with great attention to detail. Seeking cooks with both AM and PM shift availability.Job Duties:

• Maintain positive attitude

• Read and execute recipes
• Perform tasks repeatedly
• Effectively utilize basic cooking techniques
• Operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment

    • Must be 18+ years of age to work at a Tatsu-Ya location
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
    • Stand on feet for long periods of time
    • Must communicate effectively
    • Must be able to follow directions and procedures
    • Must have or obtain Food Handlers certification
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic cooking knowledge
